Congressman Jack serves on the House Rules Committee, which advanced this critical legislation after a 12-hour hearing.

Today, Congressman Brian Jack, who serves as the Chairman of the Small Business Subcommittee on Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Workforce Development, convened a hearing titled “Beyond the Ballpark: The Role of Minor League Baseball in Economic Growth”.
“I am honored to convene today’s bipartisan hearing and highlight the positive impact of Minor League Baseball on the communities we call home,” said Congressman Jack.

Today, Congressman Brian Jack announced the start of the 2025 Congressional Art Competition. All high school students across Georgia’s 3rd Congressional District are eligible to participate in this program, and the deadline for submission is Friday, April 25, 2025.
Today, Congressman Brian Jack (GA-03) and Congresswoman Nikema Williams (GA-05) introduced a bipartisan resolution commemorating the centennial anniversary of Delta Air Lines.
Congressman Jack represents the most Delta Air Lines employees of any Congressional District in the country, and Congresswoman Williams represents the corporate headquarters of Delta Air Lines.
Today, Congressman Brian Jack led a bipartisan majority to pass H.J. Res. 20, a joint resolution that repeals a regulation imposed during the Biden Administration that would ban non-condensing tankless water heaters manufactured in Griffin, Spalding County, Georgia at Rinnai America Corporation’s manufacturing facility, which employs over 300 workers.
The bipartisan vote in the House of Representatives was 221-198. 210 Republicans and 11 Democrats voted for the legislation.
